London, England – Capstone Partners LLC, a leading investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised Technetix Group Ltd., a leading global broadband cable and telecommunications equipment supplier, in its purchase of the assets of ARRIS Supplies Division—formerly Telewire Supplies and part of ARRIS Group, Inc.
With over 1,800 customers in 70 countries, Technetix operates successfully across Europe, North America, Latin America and the Asia Pacific region, differentiating itself from competitors by gaining detailed knowledge of its customers’ requirements and delivering intelligent, award-winning solutions to the marketplace. Technetix brings value to customers by forming consultative partnerships with them, offering 25 years’ experience of broadband network technologies.
The acquisition will enable significant growth and market traction for Technetix, expanding its footprint in the Americas and offering customers a greater range of solutions and support services. Technetix will merge the ARRIS Supplies business into its existing U.S. operations in Denver, Colorado, enhancing its local platform for innovation and better serving the region’s leading cable operators.
