Boston, MA - Capstone Partners LLC, a leading national investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised MilesTek Corporation (MilesTek), a portfolio business of the private equity firm Svoboda Collins LLC, on its recent acquisition by Castle Island Partners, LLC. Capstone initiated the transaction and served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to the shareholders of MilesTek. The terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
The announcement marks Capstone’s latest transaction in a string of recent M&A deals in the electronic connectivity components distribution sector.
